Jessica Petrasek , who is on the faculty of Georgia State University, is also currently Assistant Principal Flute of the Colorado Music Festival in Boulder and Piccolo of the Columbus Symphony Orchestra in Georgia. Renowned for her virtuosic flute playing, she joins forces with her husband Joe Petrasek, principal percussionist of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra for concerts and masterclasses all over the United States. This will be an uncommon experience of the vibrant connection between flute and percussion.
