Dear Friend of Chamber Music

Penny and I have been working on organizing the dinners with the artists after the Chamber Music concerts this year. We plan to keep the cost between $16 and $20 for all of the dinners, with only one at the high end. My aim in writing now is to pique your interest and hope to attract as many of you as possible to come to the dinners and have the opportunity to visit with the artists.

The dinners we have planned so far are described below:


1)   October 7, 2007,  We will start this year's dinners with a Royal Banquet, at:  Royal Inn Oriental Cuisine, 5440 Babcock, Suite 150.

The menu will include:

Four choices of Soup and Egg Roll;

Sizzling Beef;  Shrimp Roll with Asparagus;  Fish Filet with Black Bean Sauce;  Curry Chicken with Tofu;

Combination Lo Mein, Domino Tofu;  Kung Pao Chicken (not hot)  and Steamed or Fried Rice.

The meal will cost $17.00, including tip, with a cash bar offering house wines at $4.00 a glass.


We hope these sound interesting and hope you will be able to join us. As usual, those supporting the San Antonio Chamber Music Society at the Patron level and above will be sent cards two weeks before the concert soliciting reservations. You will receive more detailed information on each dinner then.
